Overview explanation
This is a cooking class where customers make their own sushi under the guidance of an instructor in English. Originally, making sushi is difficult without skill, but even beginners can make beautifully shaped sushi using simple equipment.
highlight
At the kitchen venue in Shiba Park, we will make the following three types of sushi and eat them ourselves.
1. Nigiri sushi (sushi rice shaped by sushi with ingredients such as tuna, shrimp, and white fish)
2. Fine-rolled sushi (cut into small pieces of ingredients such as cucumber and tuna, wrapped in sushi rice, and then wrapped in seaweed)
3. Warship sushi (sushi rice that has been squeezed and hardened, with ingredients such as cod roe and negitoro, wrapped in seaweed)
Two types of sushi making tools that are easy to use even for beginners will be presented as souvenirs.
This experience is taught by one or more instructors for each small group, so it is safe for hygiene.
